In order to prolong the service life, the front and rear track roller can be exchanged with other position track roller after a period of use, the excavator can be exchanged directly, and the bulldozer must keep the original position of the single and bilateral track roller on the walking frame unchanged; The front and rear weight wheels are the most vulnerable to damage.
The oil leakage of the rollers is a problem encountered by almost all excavator masters. Many people just ignore it and replace it with a new one when it is polished. After the oil leakage, the maintenance is basically replaced by a new one.
All the rollers have an Allen screw on it, either on the roller face or on the spindle like in the picture.
We just need to unscrew the inner hexagon. Some machine owners said that the screw plug can’t be removed. You can heat it. Now many of them are glued, and then replace it with a grease nipple, and then put butter in it.
The first time you need to fill the entire oil cavity, you need more lubricating grease, about half a gun of butter, and when you pump butter every day, you can just give him three or four pumps, which is very convenient.
