1. Close the warm air water valves.
Close both the inlet and outlet water valves on the air conditioning pipe, otherwise the air conditioner will blow hot air when the cold air is turned on, which will damage the air conditioning system in the long run!
2. Cleaning the condenser
Clean the condenser heat sink. When the condenser is clogged, the air conditioner does not cool well, and in winter, when the air conditioner is not used for a long period of time, there is a lot of dust that accumulates on the condenser, so it is important to clean it meticulously.
3. Check the belt
Check the tension of the air-conditioning belt and whether the belt is cracked and aged, and replace it if necessary.
4. Clean the cab
Clean the inside of the driver’s cab. When cold air conditioning is not used, many drivers open the doors and windows of the driver’s cab to carry out construction work, which results in the accumulation of dust inside the cab. When cold air conditoning is used, the doors and windows are closed, and dust and other hazardous substances circulate inside the room, which reduces the corfort level and is harmful to your health, so it is necessary to clean the driver’s cab and the air conditioning blower screen. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the cab and the air conditioning blower filter, etc.
5. Check the cooling function
After carrying out the above, check whether the air conditioning and refrigeration system is functioning properly, strart the machine, turn on the blower, turn on the air conditioning and refregeration switch, and check whether there is cold air blowing out. After confirming that it is finished, turn off the air conditioning and then turn off the engine, to prevent damage to the electrical equipment.
6. About air conditioner use maintenance
1. The airflow rate of the air conditioning outlet decreases graduallu with use, so it is necessary to check and clean whether the air conditioning filter is clogged, and replace it with a new one if necessary.
2. If the wind speed is too small or the wind speed does not change, check the bolwer relay and its gorvernor on the spot.
3. If the cooling is insufficient, professionals should be invited to conduct a detailed inspection of the equipment air conditioning system, the focus should be on the air conditioning refrigerant amount is normal.
7. Phenomenon and inspection of improper refrigerant quantity of air-conditioner
1. If the amount of refrigerant is too small, observe at the observation hole of the drier, if a large number of bubbles appear, it means that the air-conditioning system has insufficient cooling due to the lack of refrigerant.
2. Too much refrigerant, observed in the drier observation hole, no bubbles or a small number of bubbles, that is, too much refrigerant added to the system, the phenomenon of ultra-high pressure, in order to prevent the compressor from burning, the system self-protection function to achieve, which will also lead to air conditioning compressor does not work
3. Compressor under normal operating conditions, the high pressure side of the normal 15kg/cm² or so, the system high and low pressure range can not exceed 1~32kg/cm².
