1. Track roller maintenance

In the process of excavator work, the supporting wheel is often immersed in mud and water, a long time will easily lead to damage, which will lead to walking no way to walk, or slow down and other phenomena, so the work should be completed after the single side track support up, drive the walking motor, the mud, debris, and other debris off, try to keep the supporting wheel of the dry and clean.

2. Maintenance of the carrier roller

The carrier roller is one of the important parts of the excavator chassis, it needs to be lubricated by injecting lubricating oil at one time, if the carrier roller leaks, it needs to be replaced with a new roller in time, so you should keep the X-frame inclined platform clean, and don’t let too much dirt and debris pile up, which will hinder the rotation of the carrier roller, in order to maintenance the cleanliness and lubrication of the carrier roller.

3. Idler maintenance

In the process of working and walking, the Idler should be kept in front as much as possible to avoid abnormal wear and tear of the chain track, and the tension spring can also absorb the impact of the road surface during the work, thus reducing the wear and tear.

4. Sprocket maintenance

Regularly check the sprocket during operation, check whether there are cracks on the surface and whether there is any serious damage, use the traveling motor guard plate regularly to clean up the dirt inside, so as not to corrode the joints of the oil pipe and cause damage to the sprocket.

5. Crawler maintenance

Crawler plate is divided into standard version and lengthened version according to the working condition, according to the different construction road conditions, you need to adjust the crawler tension, importer operation will cause early wear of chain track joints, tooth ring and guide wheel, so the maintenance of clawer can’t be neglected.
