Excavator Bucket Customization and Accessories

In order to make the excavator bucket suitable for your application scenario, you can customize the bucket with many additional features:

•    Tooth Configurations: A key strategy for customizing your excavator is to integrate a variety of tooth designs into the front of the bucket. These tines are categorized according to application requirements: chisel tines, with their smooth beveled tips and flat bottoms, are suitable for a wide range of operations, rock chisel tines, with their reinforced tip design, are specifically designed to deal with rocky and hard surfaces, single tiger tines, with their sharp heads, are effective at penetrating materials, and double tiger tines, with their double-peaked forked tines per tine, are further enhanced to increased to increase penetration capabilities.

•    Tooth spacing adjustment: The tooth spacing can also be optimized according to the working environment, the large spacing of the teeth is conducive to deeper penetration into the rock, while the small spacing is more suitable for soil excavation and trenching work, ensuring efficient work.

•    Edge design optimization: Bucket edge design includes shovel shape and straight line, the former is more suitable for hard material digging and quarrying, while the latter provides more precise soil cutting, trenching and site leveling.

•    Side Edge Reinforcement: Bucket side edges are often thickened and can be fitted with additional bolt-on side edges(also known as root cutters) to enhance root digging.

•    Wear Protection System: To minimize wear and tear, the bucket is equipped with side, bottom and side wear plates, as well as a measuring rod protector, which significantly extends the life of the bucket.

•    Quick-change mechanism: The excavator is designed with quick connectors compatible with a wide range of attachments, such as looseners, augers, rakes and grapples, to enable quick on-site switching and improve operational flexibility.

•    Power tilt mechanism: The introduction of the power tile coupler allows the tool to be rotate 180° on the center axis or tilted 90° on the left and right sides, which greatly improves operational precision and flexibility.

•    Thumb: For large or shaped loads, a special excavator thumb can be mounted on the top of the bucket to stabilize the material, ensuring safety and efficiency in the loading precess.
