3. Replacement of the Inner Air Filter Element

• Purge Distance: When cleaning the air filter element, the nozzle should be 10~20 cm away from the surface of the surface of the filter material to avoid direct purging that may cause damage to filter paper.
• Replacement Interval: The outer air filter element should be replaced together with the inner air filter element after it has been cleaned 6 times or used for a total of 1000 hours. During this period, it is prohibited to remove the inner air filter element for cleaning.
• Cleaning of Air Filter Element Cover: Regularly check and clean the dust inside the air filter element to keep it clean.
• Preventing the Entry of Impurities: When performing maintenance, be sure to prevent impurities from entering the engine.
• Air Filter Element Assembly Replacement: As soon as a tiny breakage of the outer air filter element or dust on the surface is detected, the entire air filter element assembly should be replaced to prevent dust from entering the engine.
• Dust Exhaust Valve Inspection: The dust exhaust valve under the air filter element assembly is damaged and should be replaced in time to ensure that dust can be discharged efficiently and prolong the service life of the filter element.
