1. Selection of loading position
Equipment in the loading process in order to improve loading efficiency, saving fuel consumption, the driver will usually build a ‘platform’ for the use of stationary vehicles, the following are three common cases of equipment loading:
Building a ‘platform’ to make the equipment working device lifting a shorter distance, loading and unloading more labor-saving,and labor-saving means no big throttle, it is thought that the use of fuel is less.
2. Selection of cylinder angle
Most of the construction conditions require the bucket rod and bucket to work closely together,when the bucket rod cylinder and bucket rod,bucket cylinder and connecting rod at an angel of 90° to each other,they have the greatest driving force, which improves the working efficiency.
3. Selection of bucket angel
The construction angle of the bucket and the ground is important when doing stripping and loosening operations. Generally,when the bucket and the ground are at an angle of 30°,then the small arm is nearly vertical,which is also the most fuel-efficient angel.
4. Bucket digging range
Usually from the far side of the bucket rod 45° to the inner 30°,the bucket rob torque is the largest construction,do not extend the bucket rob furthest to the inner collection,resistance,low efficiency and high fuel consumption.
