1. Daily Inspections

1、Hydraulic fluids,lubricants and coolants: Check the level of these fluids before each day’s work to ensure there are no leaks.

2、Fuel System: Check fuel levels and ensure fuel is free of contaminants.

3、Filter: Regularly check air,oil and fuel filters to remove dust buildup or replace them.

4、Battery: Check battery and electrode capacity for cleanliness and tightness.

2. Maintenance of the hydraulic system

1、Regularly check the position and quality of the hydraulic oil and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element if necessary.

2、Pay attention to whether the connection of the hydraulic pipeline is firm and there is no sign of leakage.

3. Cleanse

1、At the end of each day’s work, clean the body of the machine of dirt and debris, especially the cooler and heat sink to prevent overheating.

2、Regularly clean the air filter to ensure smooth air .

4. Oily

Regularly lubricate the excavator’s moving parts, including bucket articulation points, swing bearings, travel structures,etc., to reduce wear and tear.

5. Check fasteners

Regularly check fasteners for looseness and tighten as necessary, especially in parts of the excavator that are susceptible to stress, such as bucket teeth.

6. Inspection and maintenance of tires and tracks

1、For wheeled excavators, check air pressure and wear on tires.

2、For tracked excavators, check track tension and wear, and maintain proper tensioning.

7. Inspection of work equipment

Regularly inspect work devices such as buckets, arms and rods for wear and tightness of attachment bolts.

8. Compliance with the maintenance schedule

Regular maintenance in compliance with the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, including replacement of fluids,filter elements and other consumables.

9. Handling precautions

Follow the operation manual to avoid overlooked work and reduce abnormal wear and tear.

10. Use of high-quality accessories
